We stayed here in April 24 and had a lovely time. Quick friendly check in , helpful reception staff and lovely staff in the breakfast room and bar. The food and choice at breakfast was perfect . The room was cleaned daily and I had a great sleep in the bed which was king size . I would happily stay here again

Very nice hotel. Immaculate and quiet. Good location, professional and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of good quality foods. The room was a good size. Only down to add was that there were no plug sockets by the bed and that the mattress was memory form, which I don't like (*only a personal preference).

I stayed here in December 2024 as part of a group of four friends. Our rooms were next door to each other. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us store luggage before check in and after check out. It was in a handy location for nearly everything. The room was above average standards - it was very handy to have a working fridge.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is well situated, so you can walk to most tourist locations. The hop on-hop off, city tour bus is only a short walk away. We checked in quickly, without any issues. There were plenty of friendly staff to help answer any questions. The room was clean and tidy but a little dated. The bed was really comfy, but we had a room with a view of the inner building. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but a little cold. I had forgotten to bring a plug adapter so I was unable to plug in some medical equipment, but the reception staff were excellent and made several trips up and down to the room before finding an appropriate plug that worked. The bar didn't serve any named beers or soft drinks. The local soft drinks werent great, but the draft beer was good. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The city was great, and this hotel is in a perfect location and has everything you need to make the most of a short break.

My preferred hotel in Prague.But since it 4stars,No more water in the room. Breakfast also was much better in my previous visits. Clean,good bar and service in reception. Exellent location. This time my room veiw was to back yard.4th floor with low cieling..
